Apply for Ground Administration Fees
Showmen’s Guilds & Association are eligible to apply for Ground Administration Fees to be paid by the SASW Program for eligible Ag Shows.
To claim the Ground Administration Fees Guild / Association Delegates must:
- Guild/Association Delegates must complete FORM 4 and submit to VSG for approval and payment.

- Please ensure the Ground Administration fee you apply for is in line with your most recent (pre-COVID) arrangements.
- Once FORM 4 is approved by the VSG, payment of Ground Administration fees will be made directly to each Showmen’s Guild / Association.

Supporting Agricultural Showmen and Women – Showground Rental Relief program, is administered by Victorian Showmen’s Guild on behalf of the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry. The program is designed to provide rental relief to travelling showmen and women at eligible agricultural shows in country and regional Australia.
